A sponsored Workshop to examine new approaches to the traditional course catalogue. The workshop was focused on user-interface evaluation and creation, exploring how our community engages with information shared via the current online and hard copy course catalogue systems. Students learned Workday’s specific approach to design thinking, forming teams, and puzzling through a variety of scenarios. Each team offered visual prototypes for an engaging interface, one that allows students to gather information about sequences, career relationships, and workload.
